Return Policy

We hope you love every piece you choose. If something isn’t quite right, our returns process is designed to be simple and seamless.

Online Returns Only
All returns for USA orders must be completed via our online return's portal. We do not currently offer in-store returns or exchanges.

If you wish to return an item, please submit your request through our return's portal within 30 days of your delivery date and follow the steps provided.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or not as ordered. If you believe your item is faulty, please contact our Customer Service team via a support ticket and we will assist you.

Sale Items
Items marked as final sale are not eligible for refund. These items cannot be returned unless deemed faulty.

Returns Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Returned within 30 days of the tracked delivery date
  • Accompanied by your original invoice (receipt)
  • In original, saleable condition:
    • Unworn, unused, and unwashed
    • All original tags and labels attached
  • A completed returns form is included with your parcel

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Final Sale

The following items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund for change of mind, including incorrect size or fit:

  • Items marked as “final sale”

Items identified as samples or seconds may have minor imperfections. These are sold as-is and cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind or pre-identified faults.
