I have returned an item, when can I expect my refund?

Returns typically take three to seven business days to arrive at our warehouse. Once received, your refund will be processed within seven business days.

You’ll receive a confirmation email as soon as your refund has been completed, with funds expected to appear in your account within three to five business days thereafter.

How can i enjoy complimentary returns on my order?

You can enjoy complimentary returns by selecting the $3.98 free returns option at checkout. This ensures your item can be returned at no additional cost, avoiding standard return shipping and handling fees. If this option is not selected, returns remain available, however a $10 handling fee will apply. Please note, some items, including final sale styles, may be excluded in accordance with our returns policy.
