WIN A Wardrobe Giveaway – Terms & Conditions 

Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions of entry. Entry into this Contest is deemed to be acceptance of these conditions. 

1. No Purchase Necessary 

No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.  

2. Eligibility 

The Contest is open to legal residents of all Canadian provinces and the United States of America (excluding residents of Alaska, Hawaii, and Illinois) who have reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence as of the beginning of the Contest Period, and who are not: 

  • an employee of; 

  • domiciled with an employee of; or 

  • an immediate family member of an employee of the Promoter or their affiliated companies, or their advertising and promotional agencies.  

3. Contest Period 

The Contest begins on Thursday, April 2316, 2026 at 12:00 p.m. North American Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) and ends on Thursday, April 30, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. EDT (the “Contest Period”).  

4. Void Where Prohibited 

The Contest is subject in all instances to compliance with applicable law and is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

5. How to Enter 

During the Contest Period, entrants may use either of the following methods (each, an “Entry”): 

a) Instagram Method: 

  • Follow @evernew_official on Instagram. 

  • Like the Contest post. 

  • Comment on the Contest post tagging a friend (each unique tagged friend in a separate comment = one (1) Entry). 

  • Tagged accounts must belong to real individuals; tagging businesses, celebrities, or fake accounts may result in disqualification (in the Promoter’s discretion). 

b) Mail-in Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE): 

  • On a plain 3" x 5" card, handprint your first and last name, complete mailing address, email address, phone number, date of birth, and the words “Ever New Wardrobe Contest Entry.” 

  • Mail it in a separate envelope with sufficient postage to: 701 W Georgia Street Vancouver, British Columbia, V7Y1G5, +1 604 423 4463

  • Limit: five (5) entries per envelope. Each envelope must be mailed separately. Mail-in Entries must be postmarked during the Contest Period and received by the Promoter no later than 5:00pm on May 7, 2026 (EDT)

Entry Limit: Unlimited entries per person during the Contest Period, regardless of entry method, subject to these Terms (including the prohibition on automated entry). Entries must be received during the Contest Period (mail-in Entries must also be received by the deadline stated above). Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same email address or Instagram account. Use of automated, programmed, robotic, or similar means of entry is prohibited and may result in disqualification. 

6. Entry Validity and Disqualification 

Entries that are incomplete, illegible, damaged, late, or that do not conform to these Terms may be disqualified by the Promoter. No responsibility is accepted for Entries that are lost, misdirected, delayed, corrupted, or not received due to any reason, including technical issues or postal delays. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt. All Entries become the property of the Promoter.  

7. Winner Selection and Notification 

Following the end of the Contest Period (and after allowing time for mail-in Entries to be received), the Promoter will select two (2) potential winners by random draw from all eligible Entries received. The draw will take place at Building 8, Level 1, 584 Swan Street, Burnley, Victoria 3121, Australia, on Friday, May 8, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. AEST. On or about the same date, each potential winner will be notified by Instagram direct message and/or email (the “Winner Notification”) and will be required to complete and return a Declaration of Eligibility and Release. Canadian potential winners must also correctly answer, without assistance, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question. To be confirmed as a winner, a potential winner must respond to the Winner Notification within 72 hours and return the signed Declaration of Eligibility and Release (and correctly answer the skill-testing question, if applicable) within 5 days of receipt.

8. Unclaimed Prizes and Alternate Winners 

If a potential winner does not satisfy the winner requirements described above, declines the Prize, or is disqualified, the Promoter may select an alternate potential winner by random draw from the remaining eligible Entries. Any alternate draw will take place at the offices specified above on Friday, May 22, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. AEST. On or about the same date, the alternate potential winner will be sent the Winner Notification and must comply with the same response, documentation, and (Canada only) skill-testing question requirements. 

9. Prize Details 

There are two (2) prizes available. Each prize consists of Ever New promotional credit in the amount of: (i) CAD $1,000 for a winner who is a legal resident of Canada; or (ii) USD $1,000 for a winner who is a legal resident of the United States (each, a “Prize”). The promotional credit must be redeemed within 60 days of the Contest end date (i.e., by June 29, 2026). Any unused balance will be forfeited after this date. The promotional credit is not redeemable for cash, is non-transferable, and may be subject to additional terms and conditions at time of issuance. The promotional credit is not redeemable on gift cards. The winner will be provided instructions to redeem the promotional credit on the applicable Ever New website for their country of residence. 

10. Odds of Winning 

The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible Entries received. 

11. Publicity 

Upon acceptance of the Prize, the winner agrees to provide reasonable cooperation to allow the Promoter to use their name and/or likeness for advertising and publicity purposes in connection with this Contest, including but not limited to publication of their name and photograph on the Ever New website or social media channels, where permitted by law. 

12. Platform Disclaimer 

This Contest may be promoted through third-party websites, like Facebook and Instagram. Entrants must at all times comply with the terms of service for those third-party websites when using them to participate in this Contest. This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram, or third-party websites. 

13. Fraudulent Information and Verification 

Entrants who provide incorrect, misleading, or fraudulent information are ineligible to participate in the Contest. The Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to require a potential winner (and/or any entrant) to provide appropriate photo identification and/or other documentation to confirm eligibility to enter and/or to claim a Prize before a Prize is awarded. If the requested documentation is not received within the time specified by the Promoter (or if the entrant’s identity or eligibility cannot be verified to the Promoter’s satisfaction), the Entry may be deemed invalid and the entrant may be disqualified and, if applicable, an alternate potential winner may be selected in accordance with these Terms. 

14. Taxes, Duties, and Costs 

Any costs associated with entry are Entrants’ sole responsibility. Any applicable federal, state/provincial, and local taxes (and any duties or customs fees, if any) related to receipt or use of the Prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. 

15. Technical Issues; Contest Modification or Termination 

The Promoter, its agencies and suppliers, together with Facebook and Instagram, are not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof, or any other technical failures, including but not limited to any injury or damage to participants’ or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in this Contest. If for any reason this Contest is not capable of running as planned (including but not limited to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, acts of God, pandemic-related restrictions, or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter) which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Contest, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion (subject to any required regulatory approval), to cancel, postpone, suspend, or amend this Contest and, if applicable, to select winners from among eligible, non-suspect Entries received up to the time of the impairment. 

16. Limitation of Liability 

The Promoter, its agencies and suppliers, together with Facebook and Instagram, are not liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect or consequential loss), damage, personal injury, or death which is suffered or sustained (including but not limited to that arising from any person's negligence), delays, loss of or damage to property in connection with the Prize. This excludes any liability that cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).  

For entrants who are legal residents of California, you waive California Civil Code Section 1542, which states: "A general release does not extend to claims that the creditor or releasing party does not know or suspect to exist in his or her favor at the time of executing the release and that, if known by him or her, would have materially affected his or her settlement with the debtor or released party."

17. Severability 

If any of these terms and conditions are held to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, that part shall be severed from the remainder of the provisions and the validity of the other provisions and the remainder of the provision in question shall not be affected.

18. Privacy 

The Promoter collects entrants’ personal information for the purposes of administering the Contest, verifying eligibility, contacting entrants, and awarding Prizes. If the information requested is not provided, the entrant may not be able to participate in the Contest or be confirmed as a winner. Personal information may be processed and stored in Canada, the United States, Australia, and/or other jurisdictions where the Promoter or its service providers operate. The Promoter does not require entrants to consent to receive marketing communications in order to enter this Contest. Entrants agree that they have read and agree to be bound by the Promoter’s privacy policy located at:

19. Governing Law 

For entrants who are legal residents of Canada, these Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein (excluding the laws of Quebec). For entrants who are legal residents of the United States, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of laws principles, except where prohibited by applicable consumer protection law. 

20. Sponsor 

Ever New Melbourne Ltd (Registration number 805301-4) of 5300 Commerce Court West, 199 Bay Street, Toronto, ON, Canada M5L 1B9 and FN USA Investments (Retail) LLC (Company Number 201121410198) of 14020 183rd Street, La Palma, CA 90623 (together, the “Promoter” or “Sponsor”) are the Promoter/Sponsor of this Contest. Please direct any questions about this Contest to the Promoter/Sponsor and not Facebook or Instagram. 

21. Publication of Winners 

After the winners have been confirmed and met all requirements, the Promoter will publish the results on its social media pages and on the promotions page of the Ever New websites (www.evernew.ca and www.evernew.com).
