HOW DO I RETURN MY ITEM(S) TO THE ONLINE STORE?
To process an online return, please follow these steps:
1. Ensure return order meets all Returns Policy requirements.
2. Raise your return here using your order number and order email address.
3. Print your label and attach it to our resealable eCommerce packaging.
4. Your returns packages can be given to any UPS service provider or dropped off at any UPS Drop Box or other locations that accept UPS packages for shipment. You can also arrange to have returns packages picked up by contacting a UPS Office.
4. To download another copy of your shipping label or to track your return simply head back to https://www.evernew.com/a/returns and type in your order details.
5. A fee of $9.99 will be deducted from your refund/store credit to cover return postage.
WHAT IS EVER NEW'S ONLINE RETURNS POLICY?
For change of mind purchases, we can provide a refund to your original payment method, provided that
- You return the item(s) within 30 days (inclusive) from the date of delivery.
- You return the item(s) in original, unworn and saleable condition with all original tags and labels attached and in any original packaging.
Please note, original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the item(s) returned is faulty or not as ordered.
CAN I RETURN A SALE ITEM(S)?
Yes, you can return a sale item and receive a full refund for the value of the item(s), provided that all additional conditions are adhered to.
WHAT ITEM(S) ARE NON-RETURNABLE?
The items that are non-returnable are:
- Cosmetics and Fragrances
- Hats and Hair Accessories
- Personal Use Items
- Underwear and Undergarments
DO YOU COVER RETURN POSTAGE COSTS?
Return postage costs are at the customers’ expense, unless the item(s) is faulty or not as ordered. All returned parcels remain the responsibility of the customer until received by Ever New.
HAVE YOU RECEIVED MY RETURN?
Once we receive and process your return, you will receive email confirmation from Ever New to notify you.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
Please allow up to 5 business days for a refund to be processed and a further two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement.
CAN I RETURN MY ITEM(S) PURCHASED ONLINE TO AN EVER NEW STORE?
We do not accept returns of online purchases in any of our concession stores.
If you have purchased Ever New items from one of our concession stores, please follow the store returns policy. We cannot process an online return for these items.
