How much is shipping?

Ever New offers free standard shipping for all orders over $150. Orders totaling under $150 will incur a $9.99 shipping fee. Express Shipping is available for all orders for $14.99.

Where does Ever New ship to?

Ever New delivers to all states within the USA but currently does not offer shipping to US territories, APO or FPO addresses. 

Ever New USA does not currently ship internationally. For our Canada customers, please visit www.evernew.ca to place an order. 

Ever New customers in the USA cannot shop from any of our other sites worldwide. 

Can I change or cancel my order?

Once an order has been placed and payment has been confirmed the order cannot be changed or cancelled.

You may return an order once it has been received by following our returns process. For further information and conditions please refer to our Returns Policy.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation of your shipping details which will include a tracking number. 

If you have an account with Ever New, you will be able to view the status of your online order when you log into your account. 

How long will it take to receive my order?

Ever New delivers within the United States from our dispatch center in New Jersey using UPS delivery services. 

We will endeavor to ship orders placed before 4pm EST the same business day. Orders placed after 4pm EST will be shipping the next business day. Please note that there may be a shipping delay during sale or promotional periods.

Where can I look at your products in person and try them on?

Ever New currently does not have physical stores within the USA, however we do carry a range of products at selected Bloomingdales store in New York and California. Click here to visit our store locator page. 

Can I send my order as a gift?

Surprising someone with a Ever New item is a great gift idea. You can nominate to have the order delivered to the gift recipient’s address by entering their details in the Shipping Address section of the checkout process. All our items are beautifully packaged. Please note that all invoices will be emailed electronically to the customer that originally placed the order. 

We do not split orders across multiple shipping destinations; if you require products to be sent to more than one address, you need to create a separate order for each item.

What payment types do you accept?

We provide a variety of payment options such as VISA, MasterCard and AMEX credit cards, JCB, Discovery, AmazonPay and PayPal.  At this time, gift cards are not available online for purchase or redemption. 

Please note your card will be debited once your payment method has passed fraud screening and funds capture at the time of transaction. The name against the charge will appear as Ever New on your statement.

Is it safe to shop online?

Ever New takes reasonable measures to ensure credit card and personal information are being kept secure at all times. Therefore, to help ensure that your shopping experience is safe and secure Ever New uses EV Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. Extended Validation SSL Certificates give high-security Web browsers information to clearly identify a website organisational identity. This encrypts all the information you send across to us including your credit card details.  Furthermore, all pages that require you to enter your personal information or payment details on our site have the Extended Validation Standard, which will cause the URL address bar to turn green in your browser; this verifies the authenticity of our online security.

Are your products priced in US dollars?

All prices online are displayed in United States Dollars (USD).

While we try to ensure accuracy, we reserve the right at any time to correct any errors in pricing or descriptions and to cancel or refuse to accept any order based on an incorrect price or description.

Will I get charged sales tax?

We include applicable sales tax for all orders placed in the following states:


Currently, Ever New is not required to collect sales tax on orders placed from all other states. Your purchase may be subject to use tax unless it is specifically exempt from taxation. Your purchase is not exempt merely because it is made over the Internet, by catalog or by other remote means. Your state may require you to report all purchases that were not taxed and to pay the tax on those purchases on your sales, use or income tax return. Details on how to report and pay these taxes may be found at the applicable state's website. 

Why isn't my promotional code working?

If you are having trouble with a promotional code, please check the details of the promotion for qualifying requirements, any exclusions and the valid dates of the promotion. If you feel you have satisfied all requirements and the promotional code is still not working, please click here to contact Customer Service. 

How do I know if an item is available?

If you do not see your preferred color or size online, it means it is out of stock and unavailable to purchase. It may, however, be available at a Bloomingdale's store. Click here to visit our store locator page. 

Why is my item cancelled?

On very rare occasions, there may be a large number of orders for a particular size/color received faster than the stock levels can be updated. As we process purchases in order of time received, this can mean that the item has sold out. 

Do you sell Gift Cards?

At the time, gift cards are not available online for purchase or redemption. 

What is your returns policy?

For change of mind purchases, we can provide a refund to your original payment method, provided that:

  • You complete the online returns process details here.
  • You return them item(s) to our Online dispatch center.
  • You return the item(s) within 30 days (inclusive) from the date of delivery.
  • You return the item(s) in original, unworn and saleable condition with all original tags and labels attached and in any original packaging.
  • We will not accept a return that has been;
    • Worn
    • Washed
    • Damaged
    • Used
    • Altered
    • Returned without attached tags

All returns are subject to evaluation by Ever New. 

Please allow up to 5 business days for a refund to be processed and a further two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement. You will be notifed via email when you return has been processed.

Please note, original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the item(s) return is faulty or not as ordered.
